Copyright complaints and counter-notices
Our content
We stream original productions that we create with licensed tools and material. We do not knowingly host content that infringes copyright, and we respond to valid notices.
Filing a notice
Send a notice to dmca@hintgrain.com that includes the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing, precise enough for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same statutory elements (§512(g)(3)). We may restore the material after the statutory period unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringement
Accounts or creators who repeatedly infringe intellectual property may be terminated. The same process applies to notices under the EU Digital Services Act and the UK CDPA.
